Engaging Students in Learning
What is Component 3C?
This component is about teachers engaging their students in the lessons they are teaching. If students are not engaged, then they are not learning. They need to be actively listening and paying close attention in order to be retaining the content. One way to keep students engaged is to have content-related activities for the students to participate in. This way you aren't lecturing about a certain topic and consequently losing their attention.

The lessons should be created with the students in mind.
